Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing items from the
teachersrock.co.uk website. By using this website you declare your agreement to be
bound by these conditions. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract
between teachersrock.co.uk and you.
A contract will not exist between you and teachersrock.co.uk until your order has been
accepted, acknowledged via your designated email and dispatched (an email link will be
sent to gain access to the digital pdf download). In addition, teachersrock.co.uk reserves
the right not to accept any order.
The Use of Digital Sheet Music (PDF format)
Purchasing digital sheet music at teachersrock.co.uk entitles you to:
- print each page of digital sheet music purchased once only for non-commercial use in
the classroom
- print each page of digital sheet music purchased once only for non-commercial
individual and/or personal use.
* NB. If you require a class set of digital resources, the Teachers Rock® ‘Full Class Pack’
entitles the buyer to copy a 'class' set of individual parts for Soprano, Alto, Tenor (for up
to a maximum of 30).
Purchasing digital sheet music at teachersrock.co.uk does not entitle you to:
- download digital sheet music and resources for temporary or permanent storage on
private, work or any other computer
- change, amend, edit or manipulate the digital sheet music file or print-out in any way
- export digital sheet music in any file format for commercial purposes
- broadcast, publish or upload on any other website
The digital sheet music (PDF format) available to purchase at teachersrock.co.uk cannot
be cancelled or refunded once the download has commenced. Your contract begins
when you click on the download link and at this time you are agreeing that your
cancellation period has ended. If you experience any difficulty with your digital product,
please contact us at: enquiries@teachersrock.co.uk or via the contact form available on
the website. We will then endeavour to resolve your problem, teachersrock.co.uk shall
then have no further liability to you.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that our software, or our online or download services will always be
secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors and omissions. If we are liable for any loss or
damage caused, our liability is limited to the value of the digital product purchased.
System Requirements
In order to experience the most effective teachersrock.co.uk digital download service, we
strongly recommend that you use a high-speed internet connection. All digital sheet
music is downloaded to your computer in PDF format, so please ensure you have access
to the latest Adobe PDF reader to view/print goods using our digital download service.
Prices
The teachersrock.co.uk website reserves the right to change prices at any time without
prior notice.
Ability to Assign
teachersrock.co.uk reserves the right to assign and transfer all associated and acquired
personal data to a third party in the event that teachersrock.co.uk is sold on the open
market.
